DCS are one of Europe's largest distributors of Health and Beauty products and are the UK's distributor for Gillette, Colgate, P&G and Unilever, to name a few.
PTS were commissioned to create an Account and Management development programme covering a focused range of skills, and including specific key topics such as ‘Negotiation.’
The Capgemini programme we developed with them set out to develop ‘trusted advisors’ – i.e. Capgemini key staff who become part of the fabric of a customer’s organisation. With such an important outcome the PTS programme has played a vital part in developing these key people.
