Our Tiger Team training is designed to address problem areas within your business.
Originally developed for one of the UK’s largest insurance companies, this training programme was developed to quickly and efficiently address problems within the company’s branch offices.
Such was the success of the project that we have now developed programmes which have problem-solving at their heart.
We call this structured approach Tiger Team training.
Tiger Teams are ‘virtual’ teams, and they are comprised of individuals who show exceptional abilities in various aspects relevant to the company’s operations.
With a specific problem in mind, the Tiger Team is directed towards the rapid rectification of the issues.
The training concentrates on three areas around the real-life scenario:
- Consultative Skills
- Communication
- Coaching
Although team members are typically skilled in their own fields, it is recognised that as they are an externally-resourced project team, they may not always be met with ‘open arms.’ Therefore diplomacy and facilitation feature strongly in the programme.
To summarise, we investigate the problem and agree a solution which we then implement and embed to ensure sustainability.
